problem running WMA11b

After installing wma11b the sytem runs perfectly. But the next time i power my computer the wma11b will only run after uninstalling and reinstalling the software. This problem occurs on several computers: computers with windows XP with and without SP2, computers with windows 2000 SP4. I downloaded the latest version of the software and installed the patch WMA11B Service Pack 2.
What can i do to fix this problem?

My wma11b adapter refuses to go past the "waiting for host" stage when starting up and this only recently happened; previously it always went to "downloading adapter image" and "connected to application" without any problem. Help...what can I do to correct this?
