Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

As you upgraded the router's firmware,I would suggest you to reset the router and re-configure it from scratch.

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

The connection drops on wired computer or on wireless computer...?

Do you have to restart the router to get the connection back..?

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

The connection drops on the Router.

the wired of WiFi is up between the computers and the router

Based on the led's  the DSL Line is Up but the Internet is Down

I have contact Linksys again yesterday.. No solution provided.

I have pluged in again my SIEMENS ADSL modem and I don't have any problem

So it's a LinkSys Bug for sure

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

As you have tried all the settings on your Router and still the same problem persist, then i think it might be the problem with the router itself. I think you need to replace your router.

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

Glad I'm not the only one!

I've been having exactly the same problem since buying it in December.

I've tried resetting it, I've tried reconfiguring it and also re-flashing the firmware but to no avail.

I would suggest this is actually a firmware issue....

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

I have returned the router after i have contacted support and talk with them 6 times.

Now on Monday I'm waiting to receive my new router (same model)

I hope that i will not have the same problem.....

I'll just wait and see...

What have you done with your router problem  pablo?

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

I tried several times last night to do live chat with a Cisco/Linksys representative but kept getting cut off.

I did manage to get out of one rep that there is no pending firmware update and he suggested I got the router replaced which he offered to do but as I kept losing connection, I returned mine back to PC World (UK) today and got it exchanged.

So far so good.... but only time will tell to see if this is an issue with all WAG320N's! :smileywink:

Re: WAG320N Connection Problem

Hi, I have exaclty the same problem

Every day I need to restart router to be able to connect.

It is definitely router issue, because my old one works fine.

I wish LinkSys will fix it soone. Oterwise I will be forced to return the product
